Met my needs and was only an overnight stay for an event. Check in not being as stated (on the day) nearly caused a problem but thankfully this was avoided.

Value for money is ok.

The old hotel is centrally located on the market square and has its own parking lot. Check-in until 2pm or again from 5pm. No elevator, therefore not suitable for disabled people. Some have been renovated but there is still a lot to do. The hotel is also mainly used by fitters. The Wi-Fi only works at the reception. The stairwell and corridors are only dimly lit, with dark flooring. Room and bathroom very small. The vent is without function, and will not be repaired. Television reception with constant interference, which is supposed to be the case for some time. The best part is the renovated restaurant with good cuisine. Breakfast is good and it is refilled. The beer garden is also pleasant.
Only suitable for short stay.

Booked a room with a shower, was offered one in the basement. Wifi didn’t reach my room. Room was dirty, bed very uncomfortable. The hotel staff are uncaring, the management worse. This place is so cheap, you don’t even get what you pay for, bet you notice the old cooking oil stench on the reception. This is my first ever feedback, it was that bad.

We booked the hotel online and payed in advance, when we arrived NO ROOM! The staff were rude, yelling at us, denied that they were part of the online booking platform. They came with mixed messages, could offer 2 single rooms instead of a double room and suddenly they were fully booked too. So at 9pm tired after driving for hours and no room.
Do never go there, rude, unhelpful staff!!!

Pleasant, small town hotel

We stayed here in May on a cycling tour. The staff were friendly and helpful in finding a secure place for our bicycles. Our rooms were bright and clean, if simply furnished. Dinner and breakfast were both good, if nothing fancy.
This is not a place I would rave about. However, it is a nice, small hotel and I would be happy to overnight there again if we happen to be in the area.
