Hotel and Restaurant

Hotel with restaurant in the center of the town Stassfurt. The complex has a bowling. Swimming bad and Sauna. Free Parking is available. Free WiFi is available but very slow. The restaurant is visited by locals. There are also rooms available for meetings/conferences.

Overnight stay for a short time ok

We stopped in Staßfurt for one night. The process was good. We received the key code and information in good time. From the outside, the building looks inconspicuous and old. Inside, it is modern and stylishly designed. Parking is subject to a fee and there are several places where you can pay before you leave. The breakfast was great and very varied. Unfortunately, there is only someone on site in the hotel in the morning hours. There is no beer garden, restaurant or bar. The vending machine in the foyer with sweets and drinks is supposed to be a replacement. The room and bathroom are big enough and newly designed. The hallways and especially the breakfast room are also beautifully decorated. The bowling alley and swimming pool are unfortunately closed. What we really didn't like was the lack of cleanliness in some places. There are seating areas with cushions in the entrance area, unfortunately full of dust. The elevator floor hasn't seen water for a long time. There are large, black cobwebs in the room. The windows are full of dirt from several months ago. The lady at breakfast and when paying at reception was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel would have a chance if the points to be criticized were addressed.

Questionable business conduct

I was at an event at the Bernstein Salzlandcenter. I had forgotten that the parking lot is now subject to a fee. Apparently, my car was scanned. After four weeks the bill came: 3.00 Euro parking fees + 42.00 Euro penalty fees must be paid with a payment date of 10 days. The letter from the parking service provider was very outrageous and threatening. Overlooked fee obligation was my mistake, but amount of additional fees as well as payment period and dealing with the customer are completely inappropriate.

Absolutely not recommended, be careful, rip-off in the parking lot!

This shop rips people off with parking fees!! If you're not careful and ignore the (supposedly existing) signs, you'll get a letter from a rip-off organization after 2 weeks and have to pay 45 euros! Ugh! Shame on you! Absolutely terrible service! The pool is closed, the bowling alley no longer exists! The shop is only there to rip people off in the parking lot! Absolutely not recommended! What a shame, for every one of the many euros I've already spent there! I will never set foot in this place again!

Good place for a night or twp

Well, in this area you don’t have many choices of hotels but this place is absolutely a good choice for a good night sleep and a nice dinner. I stayed here during a business trip, booked a double room which is basic equipped, clean, quiet and the staff are extremely helpful and nice. I also had a very nice dinner at the hotel, the menu is really selective with some nice local and national dishes. The breakfast at this hotel also has a high quality.
A bonus for this hotel is that there is a very nice bowling alley with entrance from the reception and also next to the hotel there is a gym and swimming pool.
