The staff at Reception spoke good English and were efficient.
There are lifts to all floors.
Dining Room is large with an outside area for when the weather is nice.
BUT
the best thing is that it is 3 mins walk to the tram stop into the City.
Downsides: very few decent bars / restaurants in the area

My friends and family booked this hotel for a football match and it was perfect. Easy to get to on the tram and lovely hospitality provided by the staff

All right.

Located in a quieter area of Leipzig. You can easily find a free parking space in the residential area. The staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious. The buffets for dinner and breakfast were unfortunately nothing special. Around the hotel there is within walking distance no restaurant, supermarket, Späti, etc. But given the price for one night quite recommended.

Nice place for a short trip and great breakfast

The room was very clean and there is also plenty of storage space for luggage in the room. The safe can be easily operated with its own set code. Also the small fridge you can use at no extra charge is great. There's even room in there to cool bottles. The TV program is also very versatile and there is actually no lack of any channel you otherwise know. There are even a few radio stations. Only the mattresses have already seen a few more guests what you notice when lying down : )Unfortunately only a little loud because the room was separated from the next room only with a passage door so that you especially in the evening the neighbors heard a lot. The Service was unfortunately not so good either. The one on arrival we noticed that a light bulb in a lamp was broken. We had reported that and were told that the electrician would come the next day. But nothing happened until the departure. The breakfast is excellent. Even if you're not the first, there's still a huge selection. There are also many variations, for example cottage cheese, yogurt nature or various fruit yogurts. It would just be nice if you could bring your dishes to the crockery trolley yourself when you are done instead of walking around the waiters and immediately clearing the empty plate. The location is also well located for non-motorists. Only you should not be deceived, although the hotel cooperates with the zoo is not in the immediate vicinity.
