Worst hotel experience—money stolen and no help

Our money was stolen from our room, and weirdly, it was replaced with Egyptian pounds like a joke. When we reported it, the staff refused to take responsibility. The receptionist made us wait for hours, and a manager promised his boss would help—he never showed up. No one told us who entered our room. This was a horrible experience, and we were left without support or our money. My father was waiting in the hotel the whole day for their boss, but he didn't show up

Very Disappointing Experience – Money Stolen from Our Room

I stayed at this hotel with my family – my wife, my parents, my aunt, and my mother-in-law. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip turned into a nightmare. One morning, we all left the room together to explore the city. When we returned later that day, we discovered that 500 euros had been stolen from my mother’s purse, which she had left inside the room.
This was a huge loss for us, and it completely ruined our experience. We reported it immediately, but the staff offered no real help or solution. There was no follow-up, no apology, and no attempt to investigate. It’s shocking and extremely upsetting to think that something like this could happen in a place where guests are supposed to feel safe.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious if you decide to stay here.

They are thiefs!

This was the worst hotel ever! they stole our money 500€ and left some egiptian money like they are luphing on us. And they refused to help us saying that they did nothing, but we knew the exact day and time. The reseption guy kept wating us hours because the reseption opens at 12:30.

Money Stolen from Our Hotel Room

We had a terrible experience during our stay. A significant amount of money was stolen from our room, and we strongly suspect it happened during the cleaning. When we reported it to the hotel staff, they were unhelpful and didn’t take any responsibility. There were no cameras in the hallway, and no real investigation was done. We felt completely dismissed and unsafe. This is unacceptable, and we do not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel in the old building

nice little hotel in Leipzig, rooms small - but ok- with balcony, bathroom with shower 80x80, breakfast room clean, small elevator, unfortunately no parking available - parking only on the street, tram stop about 300m away
