Good address right on the Moselle!!

Great organization for our group of 36 people, varied food, food sequence super organized, rooms large enough for the time in the used. Breakfast was excellent, with scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables just the sparkling wine was still missing.

Bad asparagus soup

We were four friends who came by to have dinner at the hotel on a Sunday night.
There was a bigger company arrangement, which filled most of the restaurant, so we were assigned a table on the terrace, which was fine - except that there was some smoke at the neighboring tables.
I ordered an asparagus soup and a pig schnitzel “Zigeuner Art”.
The asparagus soup did not seem freshly made and had a strange bismack, as if it had been tasted with a cream that was too old (acid).
The Zigeunerschnitzle was well prepared and tasted great. The accompanying frites were only lame, slightly boring and lacking salt. Unfortunately, too much vinegar was added to the salads in the salad buffet, so I left most of it standing.

Not worth repeating

Hotel ideally located to explore the Moselle.
Hotel outdated but everything one must have but also nothing more .
Half board taken for 4 nights.
Eat nothing special the meat dishes MUCH to bake, first night pork brooches not to eat.
Operation by a waiter without knowledge and manners !!
Rest of staff but moderately friendly,

Excellent starting point to explore the Moselle

The location is ideal to enjoy the area, with very convenient free parking located right in front of the property. The hotel has a slightly retro charm, but it is spotlessly clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The pool, much larger than the pictures, is a real asset after a day of sightseeing.
The continental breakfast is generous and varied: cold cuts, scrambled eggs, pastries... perfect to start the day. The rooms are rather small, but the bedding is very comfortable. Only small downside: the pillows are a little soft, and the wifi in our room was sometimes weak.
We also tested the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cuisine.

Extended weekend.

A very clean hotel with friendly service and very good food. Its three stars more than worth. It's worth repeating...
