Worst hotel room in my life.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I wanted to meet friends in the evening for the boat harbor summer festival in Kiel, but I have never stayed in such a bad hotel room in my entire life, so I unfortunately departed on the morning of Saturday, August 22, 2026.
I could not fall asleep at night because a guest next door was talking loudly on the phone for 1/2 hour.
The gap under the door to the hallway was so large that I had to put some things in front of it because the light from the hallway illuminated my room.
In the morning at 7:00 a.m., the guests went to breakfast and talked loudly in the hallway; I could understand every word. Afterwards, they then departed with their suitcases, making a lot of noise. And so it went on merrily until I got up at 9:00 AM.
Then, in the morning, the disaster in the shower. I had realized too late that the calcified drain was clogged. The whole bathroom was flooded (see video).
A young man at the reception just said: something like that can happen.
Regarding the hotel room and the hotel, the following is to be criticized:
The refrigerator was defective.
The glasses were dirty and calcified.
The toilet was dirty, the toilet seat was not secure.
The sink drain was very dirty.
The bedding was old and partially torn.
Old radiators that were dirty behind them.
Walls heavily damaged at the entrance to the housekeeping room.
The disinfectant dispenser was empty and very sticky.
The inspection of the fire extinguishers on the third floor should have taken place in 10/2024.
According to the reception, the hotel is 31 years old and the total renovation took place in 2014 and the last partial renovation took place in 2022; unfortunately, my room was probably forgotten during that time. The reception advised me to request the refund directly from you. On a positive note, the staff in the breakfast area is very nice and well-trained.

Cleaning lady, very unfriendly

The hotel is actually very well located right by the train station. What I did not like at all, however, was that the cleaning lady knocked at 9:00 AM and wanted to clean the room. I then told her that I would still be there until twelve, since it is not until twelve. The latest checkout is just before 11:00 AM, and then she came again. She knocked and immediately used the key card and opened the door. I really have a lot of understanding, but definitely not for that. What would have happened if I had just been in the shower? She then said, "Oh, you are still here," and I said, "Yes, until twelve at the latest." After that, she left. As I said, I have a lot of understanding, but definitely not for that, and therefore I will unfortunately not visit your hotel again. The breakfast was very good and your staff at the reception was also very friendly.

I could stay the hotel with satisfaction. I have no comment. If I come to Kiel , I will book the hotel again.

We had a nice stay. The room was clean.
The breakfast was good, we payed for it. Would bee nice whit that included .
Missing the A/C, the room is hot.
