Successful stay at the Heidehotel

We stayed with friends in this hotel from November 21st to November 24th, 2023. Clean, quiet. Parking without problems. The reception was very friendly. Special requests (possibility of playing a CD from other meetings) were fulfilled without any problems. We had booked half board. Good breakfast and a varied, very tasty evening menu. There were 7 of us and everyone was satisfied. I would particularly like to emphasize the constant friendliness of all the employees. A young waitress who made an extra request for a drink possible without any ifs and buts and who, in addition to her work, also had friendly and cheerful comments ready. Our group was very satisfied with their stay at the Heidehotel Lubast.

Not a pleasant experience

It is an old hotel and try to fence with their 4 stars. But think 1 star is enough. Breakfast and restaurant menu very mediocre. Look further because they are not nice employees and owners. They're also trying to cheat you out of money. 600 euros when paying due to a small mistake as a guest. But 1 name given for 4 beds (which were paid) and then think, now we take the top prize. Furthermore old cushions, furniture etc

Not recommended!

We stayed in July 2025 at the restaurant Heidehotel Lubast for dinner. The Mood was nice and clean. The only service person courteous. The food, a tarte flambée “Anatolic style” unfortunately inedible, the wine from Italy as well. With the tarte flambée, the cook had forgotten the sour cream and honey, the dry cheese had crumbled over it in small amounts, and the dry nuts had also. The tarte went down to 3/4. The tarte flambée “Alsatian style” of my accompaniment was slightly better, but the ham was undercooked. A compensation of 0.53 cents was granted ;)... Since the service staff had not found their way to our table after serving there was also no possibility to order anything else in a time frame.

Bad worse worst.

Family reunion: Rarely such a dirty hotel - stood shortly after 1998, with the worst, most overpriced buffet I've ever had to eat! Almost €40 per person for absolutely overcooked food thrown together from many bags. Lack of love for the food is probably the top priority here. Complaints about too much noise at night were simply brushed aside. I can't advise anyone to spend their money on this overpriced place. The positive reviews are probably just written by themselves - because I haven't heard anyone who was satisfied with the accommodation or the food!

Unfortunately no recommendation.

Room large but sterile and dirty, carpet stained, bathroom moldy. Food - buffet completely overcooked and tasteless, much too expensive. Breakfast OK but not for the price. At the same time there was an event with very loud music, so that you couldn't get any peace and quiet until early in the morning and you couldn't sleep. Reception was unavailable, or the call was simply rejected several times. No apology for this the next day, just the note that there was one floor between us and it couldn't have been loud (app said 60 dB with the window closed in the room). How DEHOGA was able to certify this hotel with 4 stars is very questionable.
Unfortunately I didn't see until I got home that
Plus - lots of parking spaces at the hotel and very friendly service - but that was it.
Absolutely not recommended!
