Personal hotel in Kassel

A very personal hotel. This can be seen in many details - be it the room facilities, the trained staff and much more.
Of particular note is the very good restaurant with an excellent menu.

Not particularly satisfactory experience

The stay at this hotel was not particularly satisfactory. The restyling of the rooms is interesting, using the Grimm brothers' German dictionary as a common thread (dictionary displayed in the lobby in the grandeur of its 33 volumes). The room is actually not bad, the bed is comfortable, there is space to open luggage and to work on the computer, the bathroom is small but clean. What puzzled me was the restaurant: I took the turkey, without curry sauce, and I found it very salty. In addition, it was accompanied not only by the usual rice but by breaded tropical fruits (pineapple I recognized...). Bizarre combination and not to my taste. Discreet Huett beer on tap. Breakfast without anything exceptional.

Ok hotel but air conditioning not very good, very warm room. Car parking for guests is extra charge and breakfast expensive

Let’s be frank, this hotel is not a sight of architecture but what you are looking at might be more important for a good night sleep. Great service and a warm welcome, attention to you as a guest and a good bed to sleep in.
I will return for sure

5.th time on this hotel. Chipsene a Big room on 62 sqm for the comfort. Unfortunately the room was very cold 16 degrees and we had to use our winter coats inside all day - everything in the room was cold. On the second day we reach 18 degrees and 20 at the 3. day. We missed a couch or two good chairs with a table.
The service is very good - but we got an unpleasant stay because of the cold - and a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom we tried to cover with wet towels.
We contacted the reception the first event and got more heat. We asked for help to the smell but didn’t get it. The nice lady at the reception told us that she has been writing to us through Expedia- which we haven’t seen yet.
