The experience at this unique hostel was really delightful, with cheerful and helpful staff, cute and enjoyable, living room, kitchen, and other travelers who were very friendly and kind. I enjoyed my stay in spite of the fact that I’m not really used to sharing restrooms with other people. It all worked out fine.
I wasn’t feeling well and the owner provided me with an extra blanket which really helped me get to sleep early and keep warm. I appreciated that so much.
The only thing I was unsure about was that there were no towels. I didn’t have time to look through the literature about this or to buy one while I was in town. So I showered at the next accommodation.

Mega experience

‘Lotte’ was a great experience. It was a home. Super nice hosts, a very enchanting house - and wonderfully cozy and welcoming decorated ❤️
Very original I found the mega-funny postcards in the corridors and almost everywhere in the house - and the maps embroidered with lots of pins where the guests came from. I felt very comfortable with you thank you very much for your exceptional hospitality ❤️ very happy to come back.

Thank you, Alison, for recommending the parking lot across from the hotel. Thank you, Carmen (the spelling might be off, but the pronunciation should be close), the hotel's location offers easy access to all attractions in Heidelberg. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, making the stay feel like being with family.
