Have a nice stay

The staff is really very friendly. The hotel is not too big, so ideal for those who like that. If you prefer more anonymity, you should go somewhere else.
The location is great, Winterhude, Mühlenkamp is a very beautiful area.
I found the room a little worn, I'm not a fan of carpeting. It's just getting old. Vintage...

Very clean hotel and nice neighbourhood

Spent three days at this hotel in april 2019 with my wife and kids. Staff is very friendly, the room was big and clean with a small kitchen nook and a bathroom with a tub. Breakfast buffet was simple (in a nice way) and ample, and the hotel is placed in a very nice neighbourhood with plenty of small and affordable restaurants and cafés.

Small hotel with everything

No frills doesn't have to mean bare or essential. Cristobal's rooms are spacious and quiet, with huge picture windows, high quality furniture and furnishings, very comfortable beds, excellent wi-fi connection, with scrupulously clean and well stocked bathrooms, a seating area with sofa and armchairs, and other amenities. The buffet breakfast is quite satisfactory, constantly re-stocked and attended, the area is quiet and leafy, in the best part of town, and reception is very welcoming.

A Really Nice Family Hotel

I just came back from a one night stay at the Hotel Cristobal. It´s a very nice family run hotel in a very quiet neighbourhood of Hamburg. The rooms are very nice with a nice bathroom. The wifi is free. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection to choose from. For dinner there are allot of restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend it!

Nice place

Close to the office, clean, nice and polite staff. The reception desk doesn't work from 22 till the morning, so that was pretty unusual, and not that comfortable for me.
Bright and clean rooms, enough space, comfortable beds.
If in Hamburg again I will also stay there.
