The hotel needs a bit of updating. Clean and comfy but getting a bit tired. First impressions are always at check-in, unfortunately not my best experience. Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum. Advertised as a spa hotel, yes they have a spa but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 14:00( the pool opens at 8:00)No information about this on booking. Was told by one member of staff that they had a sauna that was open same time as the pool, but on the first time of trying to find it was informed that it didn’t open until 12:30. Strange opening times in my opinion. Not my best experience in Gromitz.

The staff at thé réception terrible not friendly at all no smile . They dont speak much english . The wi fi was terrible only good in the lobby . But the breakfest was very good . The price is too much for the service we had

We went to the hotel because they had a gym. Unfortunately, none of the machines were working. I asked in the reception and she said "you need to run on the beach" not here. I have a bad knee and cannot run outside and therefore we chose this hotel. She should have apologized and not telling me what to do.
The pizza restaurant was closed. The other restaurant was only open between 18-20 - seemed a bit odd.
The rooms were fine but I think the hotel should consider to have tea and coffee available + a kettle.
