Gladly and again

Very good service and catering with a quiet beer garden in a lounge atmosphere.
A solution was found for all concerns. I must mention that we were able to store our bikes safely even though this hotel does not focus on cycling tourism.

Drinks are very expensive, cleanliness in the beer garden is poor, the tables were not wiped down on both days. The organization was overwhelmed with registered vegans, the booking for a family celebration was an odyssey, no booking confirmation, no reliability. Food was mediocre. Breakfast was okay.

Surprisingly good.

We stayed for one night in this hotel while passing through, and our average expectations were positively exceeded. Our room was not too large but in very good condition, with excellent sleeping comfort, everything was clean. Located on the first floor facing the beer garden, it could be that this might be a bit disturbing in good weather. However, this was not an issue during our stay. We were very satisfied with the breakfast as well; the rolls were the best we have had in a hotel for a long time. Definitely a good choice for short stays.

Disappointing

Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. There is no proper place to store bikes (we had to park in the stench next to the garbage cans). Alternatively, we could have carried the e-bike into the basement... but that's too heavy for me. The room was OK, but it was at the back directly above the beer garden, so not exactly quiet. What bothered us about the hotel was that the price was ultimately higher than on the reservation (because breakfast is more expensive now). In the end, it wasn't worth the price at all. We can't recommend the Reutterhaus.

Hotel ok, Restaurant schlecht!

Hotel im 80er Jahre Stil, aber sehr sauber und gute Matratzen.
Das Restaurant im Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen! Ich hatte ein Schlemmertopf bestellt und das Tk-Gemüse war noch roh und lauwarm, die Bratkartoffeln ebenso. Das Essen wurde in einem gusseisernen Pfännchen serviert dieses war ebenfalls nur lauwarm! Heiß hätte es eventuell geschmeckt.
