Great facility for young and old
I had injured my back and was able to book a massage on short notice, which was performed professionally and alleviated the pain.
The location is wonderful and recommended.

Just wonderful!
The food in the restaurant has left nothing to be desired with us, large selection, courteous staff and smooth running.
We rented a kayak and paddled across the lake. A beautiful experience!

Nice with small "but"
We visited this beautiful spot of earth several times. The large sunbathing lawn and the well-kept sandy beach inspire as well as the long, shallow walk into the water. When it was still called Villa Vita Anneliese Pohl, many beach chairs stood there, these were probably eaten by the Corona-Fours, because sunbeds with umbrellas followed. In the meantime, unfortunately, the parasols have disappeared and you can order a nice sunburn on the sunbeds.
This year we were quartered in room 201. This is closest to the access road, which passes approximately at window height. If you like to hear the sounds from the rolling suitcase to the coach, you should choose this room. Also interesting, in addition to the folding folding flap of the car doors, the conversations at the adjacent short-term parking lot for loading and unloading the cars. We learned that men can't pack bags and women have no idea how to load a car. And the whining kids in the middle.
Our quarters have apparently been extensively modernized, all very nice, high-quality and modern, lots of real wood, good beds. The bathroom modern and practical, if you were to put a rubber on the wall that the toilet lid does not strike so loudly, it is perfect. In the living room many sockets, I counted 7, several of them with additional function, are useful. A large TV brought joy and the wifi works very well. Unfortunately, there are no bedside cabinets, but a small table by the bed and also few other shelves for small parts. Inevitably it always looks a bit untidy because everything is open. Two cozy armchairs invited to linger, in between a tiny table, much too small to hold wine glasses and snacks. You want a bigger one here. A small fridge was useful, a coffee machine was ready. Annoying that a basic equipment coffee capsules or an indication where to obtain the appropriate ones were missing. Many cheap hotels are now better equipped.
On the terrace, unfortunately, as on the beach, the formerly available parasol was missing.
The resort offers plenty of natural meadows, very beautiful and ecologically valuable. Many animals and insects feel comfortable there. They seem very curious. Despite good fly screens on the windows, spiders and ants visited us in the room.
When booking, it wasn't quite clear what it's like with the housekeeping. So I asked by phone if you should bring towels. I received the information that the basic equipment could be exchanged for fresh ones after 4 days. Unfortunately it was very different on arrival, not after 4 days, but once within the two weeks you could get an intermediate cleaning and towels. If you didn't bring a toilet paper roll for an emergency, it's going to be scarce. You have to take the garbage to the collection point yourself and since you should end up handing over everything broom-clean, you are allowed to borrow cleaning material.
The included breakfast, at the price of 23 euros per person, we found as always in the main house. The formerly common morning mail is no longer available, nor are free daily newspapers, and on weekends we also missed the formerly common prosecco. Otherwise, the breakfast was average, almost the same daily, for the price it could be better. The special highlight are coffee cups without handles, you inevitably burn your fingers if you do not wait until the coffee is cold.
Overall a nice holiday, but compared to the previous management a step backwards, unfortunately.

Pure wellness spot
Location 1a. Organization, service and accommodations just to praise. The first thing we noticed positively was that the entire facility is declared a car-free zone (except for arrival and departure).
We moved into rooms or apartments of different types. Imaginative and most comfortable equipment in all. Good, a bottle of water to greet would have been good, but the lack in the "village shop" could be quickly forgotten.
Surrounded by manicured greenery (thanks to the busy gardener!), flower meadows, walking paths and a beach (plenty of sunbeds for guests and also shaded areas), immediately in front of the hotel, to be seen from the terrace of the restaurant. Perfect for looking at the lake in the evening light with a glass of soothing drink. Not to forget, several playgrounds for the children, well distributed throughout the resort, also a volleyball court is included. At the edge of the forest a walk with fruit trees and explanation boards on fauna and flora. Toll.
The service staff absolutely made sure that all guests feel comfortable. Courteous, always friendly, open-minded and patient even to special requests. Striking and extremely remarkable for us.
Morning and evening themed changing buffets. Lush, varied and each supplemented by a, I call it "acute zone", in which a chef kept special dishes ready or also prepared them directly.
Many thanks to the boss, who was always going on in the background and held the threads friendly but professionally determined in her hand.
We felt right at home and heartily recommend!
