Really great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast.
Little minus for not having ac in the room.

Hotel out of standard 4 stars

Old and uncomfortable hotel, does not match the 4-star standard. Room without fridge, no coffee maker or kettle, no amenities, no pillows or extra blanket (only 1 pair of pillows), old and worn towels.
No security in the accesses (any person under the elevators). Reception nothing friendly.The only positive point is the location but not worth costXbenefit. Hotel for a standard 2 to 3 stars.

The location of hotel is excellent. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly. Our room was unique ( very high ceilings, lots of space for 3 persons). Breakfast was ok.
Two disadvantages: no aircondition im the room and no fridge. Fortunately the staff brought a fan on request.

great location, poor facility

While large, the room was poorly maintained and smelled strongly of food. We discovered the odor originated from the restaurant on the lower floor of the hotel, and because the windows were left open, the smell permeated the room. Of course, we had to keep the windows open during the day to air out the room, despite the restaurant smell. The bathroom was similarly neglected, and the shower hose was leaking, causing water to spray in a completely different direction than it should. Despite claiming to be a four-star hotel, there was no mini-fridge in the room. Also, the hotel's parking lot entrance is a bit narrow and slopes downwards, making it difficult to see clearly, so it's advisable to go up and down very carefully and slowly.

Don’t bother-book somewhere else!!

The location is the best bit about this hotel as it is so central but other than that it’s very out dated.
We booked 2 rooms as we have a family of 5. At time of booking 6months ago we asked for adjoining rooms. When we got there they said they couldn’t do this and so we were on the same level but at either ends of the hotel, which meant I my husband and I had to split between the rooms with the children when we all wanted to be together. Decor is minimal and rooms look tired. Electric sockets were hanging off and some did t work at all. No aircon so the rooms are so hot. Have to keep the windows open but then it is really noisy outside as on the main road.
We only had breakfast the first morning and decided to go elsewhere the other 2 mornings. Huge queues for the waffle maker, eggs were runny with shell in them, the porridge tasted burnt but at the same time not even cooked properly which is a talent in itself!
I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but this really was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and was so disappointing as it did affect my overall stay. T
There are many other lovely hotels in the area so do your research and stay there. Avoid this hotel!
