We stayed in the chalet and it was so cute and private. Gorgeous views from the chalet overlooking the natural pool, horses and mountains. It’s a very short walk to local restaurants, shops and the lake. Lots of free parking available on the property. We would stay hear again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely loved our stay here, such a pretty property, very warm and welcoming. Nice little spa and coffee lounge, staff were lovely and helpful. Really nice breakfast in the gorgeous breakfast room with amazing views. Huge clean room.

Stayed in a beautiful apartment. The breakfast buffet was the best if our trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful (provided me a broom to clean then unexpected snow from my car). Would definitely stay at Landhaus Kössel again anytime I visit the Allgäu.

All right for a weekend

We stayed a weekend at Landhaus Kössel and had booked a double room. The room in the main house was fine, the balcony huge with a beautiful view, garden chairs, loungers and a sofa. The bathroom is small but sufficient for a weekend. The wooden floor in the room is very screwed, the paint is off in many places, that's a shame. Unfortunately, the room is VERY noisy, you can hear the conversations of the roommates and every toilet trip. What really bothered us though was she shower! Here comes very little water and unfortunately it is not always hot. Especially in the morning you wait in vain for pleasantly warm water. When checking out, we noticed that other guests complained about it.
Breakfast buffet was good, nice would be eggs from the farmer next door! They were partly stamped with NL. The breakfast room is nicely decorated and we liked it very much.
Conclusion: for a weekend the Landhaus Kössel is a good choice, even if we had a few suggestions for improvement! Value for money fits.
