The room was top notch. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Location was hard to beat. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The parking lot is very challenging and not for the feint of heart, but staff will help you get in if you need it.

Great hotel. Location excellent - a step from old town and the station (where the buses to the sights all start from). Didn't use the gym/sauna etc but gym looked decent. Room was good. No complaints whatsoever. Sure some of the rooms which have a balcony with a view of the mountains would be fabulous. Ours was nice to have.
Thanks to the lovely lady who served us at bar. Very friendly service. All staff very helpful.
And finally. First rate buffet breakfast.

Good room and prime location. The parking celler is small and tight, but I Got my Audi A6 in there by going slow.
Breakfast is good and the location right by the old part makes it ideal. Would chose again if we come back

Good location.

The best thing about this hotel is its great location, which is just a few minutes by foot from the old town. Our room was fine, if somewhat spartan, with a weak A/C. Based on other reviews we skipped the restaurant for dinner, but did have the included breakfast, which was good. The staff were very correct but not exactly warm, which I think might reflect a difference in cultural expectations between Americans and Germans.

Arrived late at 23:00 after the front desk closed. A note was hanging on the door with instructions and the waiter in the bar guided us for parking in a nearby garage. Everything was perfect. 2 adults +2 kids. Breakfast was super delicious.
