I really enjoyed the room — it was very cozy, with a comfortable bathroom and a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The staff were friendly and responsive.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room looked quite old and dated, and the bed was very hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep. There were also a few flies in the room, which wasn’t pleasant. The reception staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming either. Overall, it didn’t meet our expectations and could use some improvements.

Horrible Experience

I had a horrible experience. I booked the Big Room with the terrace and lake view for the 4 of us: It was NOT FRONTAL VIEW of the lake, the master bedroom was NOT SEPARATED from the kitchen. The decoration was absolutely horrible, nothing to do with the white kitchen that was on the picture. Was so hot at night that we had to sleep with the windows open, when it was -3 outside. The beds and pillows where extremly uncomfortable, so we almost didn't sleep, was a lot of dust in the room. When I went to complain, they where super rude, almost screaming at me telling me that it was the same category than the one that I booked, no solution, I felt that they where stealing and lying to us. To be honest, you ruined our trip.
