Great Local Hostel
Nice and cute hostel, decent beds, nice staff, decent price, and about a 25 minute walk from the main train station… and even less than a 20 minute walk to other nearby attractions. I recommend a restaurant and pub called Cafe Atlantik, which is a 5 minute walk or less.

Extremely unfriendly - were not accepted
We arrived in the evening and were not accepted because we are supposedly the wrong clientele. They were left without a hotel at 10:00 and had no bed.
Receptionist was extremely unfriendly and did not let talk to him. Extremely disappointing.

Staff and Managers discriminate against disabled people.
I stayed here for a week between apartments. My hearing is only 15% and I wear hearing aids.
The 2nd night I went out to smoke, and realized I forgot to put my hearing aids on. I went back to get them when the staff member approached me. I had interacted with this staff member several times. He knew I had a hearing problem. I told him, ''Sorry, I can't hear. I forgot my hearing aids upstairs. Let me get them and I'll come right back.'' He then started screaming at me, his face turning red, spit even flying out of his mouth. I was shocked, and said, ''I don't communicate like this. I'll get my hearing aids and come back.''
When I returned, he completely ignored me, wouldn't even look at me. The next morning, I went to the front desk to speak to the manager. The manager tells me the staff member already told her that it was me screaming and yelling at him, there was nothing for us to talk about, and I had to leave the hostel that day. I tried to talk to her, but she completely ignored me, even playing games on her computer and not looking at me. When I finished, the manager finally looked at me and said she heard nothing I tried to communicate. I was ordered to go get my stuff because I was checking out immediately.
I ended up sleeping on a friends couch that night and had to pay 4x more for the only hotel room I could find the next couple days. I have written this review other places, and tried to contact someone higher up at the hostel, I have been 100% ignored, no response from anyone.

Terrible hostel. I don't expect much after travelling for 6 months with a backpack, but this hostel still failed in all areas. Security is a major issue, people will come and go from your room all night - no locks or keycodes. We had 7 people in a 6 bed dorm. Bathrooms are malfunctioning and disgusting. Stay elsewhere.

One of the nicest hostels out there.
Rooms and sanitary were clean, great location (you cam go anywhwre from there and find the best places), with very friendly staff. I would even consider bringing my kids here. Before check in you're able to lock away your luggage, please make sure you brong your own lock!
