Modern ambiance and excellent service
We recently had the opportunity to visit this lovingly modernized hotel with a restaurant and were positively impressed in every respect.
The entire establishment presents itself as extremely stylish, high-quality, and well-maintained. The rooms are modernly furnished, excellently equipped, and immediately convey a sense of comfort and tranquility. Particularly noteworthy are the tastefully renovated bathrooms and the exceptional cleanliness throughout the establishment.
The restaurant also convinced us: The dishes were fresh, of high quality, and prepared with great care. The price-performance ratio is more than fair – especially for the region around Cologne.
What makes this establishment special is the palpable passion and commitment of the new operators. You can tell in every detail that a lot of heart and soul has gone into the work here.
We wish the new owners continued success and can wholeheartedly recommend a visit.

HORROR , RIP-OFF , FRAUD !!
Hotel tries to delete my review all the time!!
Catastrophe!! Please DO NOT book there !! Had booked the hotel for one night as we were in an RTL show. On site we wanted to check in quickly in the evening and get ready for the show. When we were there , we were informed that we had not booked as the gentleman at the reception would not receive the money through CHECK24. Complete dick!! Another family also sat in reception and had problems as the booking did not go through . Then we were offered the room for twice the price and allegedly exactly 2 rooms were still available.... It's clear !! The gentleman at the reception was also very unfriendly and had no understanding , although we took extra more than 2 hours drive to us... So in the evening we had to drive home again 2 hours by car, although it was planned differently.... NOT recommended this place !! Don't go there !! Or, if you have booked, ask by phone if you really get a room. It is an absolute rip-off and makes you very sad if you come from further away.. Too bad there are no 0 stars !!
