Very pleasant hotel

I stayed there for two nights following a football tournament, in which my grandson participated. I chose this hotel because it is within walking distance of the sports fields.
It is a hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Rather small, but that's like a surplus.
I was very kindly received there and despite my lack of German I immediately felt at ease.
The room itself was very well cared for. Very good bed. Small but very good and clean bathroom. And I was on the ground floor with direct access to a terrace and courtyard. Ideal for relaxing with a drink from the vending machine.
The breakfast was extensive and very catered for. The lady, who was in charge of breakfast was very friendly, very helpful and constantly but discreetly present. Guests could enjoy their breakfast in peace.
Also a plus for the free parking. Please note the close access to the parking.

Worth a visit in any season

We once again spent a nice time at one of our favorite hotels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and functionally redesigned room. Rich breakfast. Convenient location of the hotel for excursion activities, e.g. to the nearby Neandertal. Good connection to public transport.

Very fine!

Very small rooms, very clean hotel, very good breakfast, very nice staff!
The car is parked in front of the door, you can take the 780 bus to the center of Düsseldorf without changing.
The large REWE also has a great selection if you don't want to eat in the restaurant, e.g. sushi. In the Brauhaus in Erkrath you can eat well and drink beer

Perfectly well accommodated

Great hotel for business travelers. Good, plentiful breakfast.
Rooms very clean, a bit cramped but that's not important for business travelers.
Sufficient parking and good restaurants in the area.
Will come again if I have to come to Erkrath

Perfect little hotel with very helpful and friendly staff

We stayed at this hotel whilst being a guest speaker at a convention on pirate radio ships (of all things). We were booked into it by the organiser and were very pleasantly surprised.
The room are very clean and the bathrooms too. Nice pillows, good mattress and a little tiny balcony with chairs. The breakfast was lovely and they cook eggs to order with bacon if you want it. All the rest is continental self serve but very generous. There is a superb garden and the back and everywhere has well tended plants. Staff were super friendly and helpful and there is bus into dusseldorf at the end of the road where there are also a couple of supermarkets and cafe's with outdoor seating. A wonderful experience.
