Miserable
1. Unfriendly elderly lady has received us
2. Short-bound greeting, if you can call it that.
3. After the “good day” came the announcement that she will get 50,- deposit for the key.
4. After the question of parking in the large yard, that was immediately denied.
My question then was where to park.
The answer was, “I don’t know, somewhere in town”
After we wanted to re-park then came the saying
“We could park in front of the double garage for 10,-€ overnight”
5. Check-out time the next morning between 7:00 and 9:00
Our question” Is it also at 9:15 to 9:30?, it was 9:00 and not later
6. At 7:05 we wanted to check out and rang the bell.
A little angry, the lady in her nightcoat came down the stairs.
The question of a coffee made the lady even angrier, and said “They don’t exist here”
The crowning achievement was that I would like a receipt for the 10,- € for the pitch, it became really loud.
Should the 10,- € extra amount not be taxed????
Questions about why the lady behaved like this in general.
So then to the room:
We booked a double room with en-suite bathroom and a double bed through Booking.com.
We got a room with two beds on different walls, so moving the two beds was not possible due to the space.
The bathroom as well as the toilet was in the hallway.
Overall, the room was quite simply equipped, without sink.
There was an old bathrobe hanging on the hook, probably from the previous guest, but never mind.
Generally, the room was clean.
The furniture was felt from the 70s.
The access road to the pension was absolutely steep, not knowing that I have ever walked such a steep path in my life.
Probably also regional, but not for wheelchair users or the disabled.
Conclusion:
I will not book this guesthouse anymore, and would have booked the hotel better for 40,-€ extra cost, would have had breakfast for two people and probably still friendly staff.
We are certainly not nags, or somehow arrogant

WARNING DO NOT BOOK!
WARNING DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I booked this property and understood check-in was from 17:00-18:00. I was stuck in traffic at 16:00 and my GPS said I would arrive at 18:30 so I called and spoke to the property owner. Explained I was in traffic and would be 30 minutes late. She rudely said I needed to send a message through Booking.com which I did. Upon arrival I followed the instructions on the door of the property to call for check-in. The call was declined. I rang the door bell multiple times without an answer. I followed up with eight more calls and three messages via Booking. All calls were declined and I never received a reply to my messages. I was never able to make contact with the property owner or allowed into my room. I had to find other lodging and the owner kept my payment.

Very disappointed
Very rude .Check in is only one hour calling is not possible . Even though someone is at home will not open. The next day, too, I was brushed off with the words: I am not responsible. Neighbours have confirmed that you often hear complaints here
