Not good at all
Hello,
me, my husband and his father ,stayed in your hotel last night (17/8-17/8). We were tired after long drive and just needed some quick and cheap option for one night. We called the reception before we came and specifically asked about 2 rooms ,which one of them should have double king size bed and the other room should be for 1 person. Lady on the phone said “yes, we have what you looking for “. She also said it’s gonna be 120€.
So we arrived and the first thing that stood up for us was after I gave her my passport she said it’s gonna be 184€. So my husband talked to her about she saying the different price before and she changed it. We got rooms 8&9 so than I asked about which room is with double bed. And they said they don’t have these rooms available now. She also said we can put two beds together.
Already not satisfied but we went to the room because we were too tired to look for another place. We moved one bed to another and the carpet under the bed was dirty from the dust and maybe some crumbs. The window behind the curtain was dirty as well and the carpet under the window wasn’t hoovered at all. We found plastic packages from candy in a drawer. 3 out of 4 towels were dirty. Sheet on one bed was dirty as well. And the garbage in bathroom was full of trash.
Although we had mini fridge in a room (9) it didn’t work. His father in room 8 doesn’thave fridge at all. And Wi-Fi was completely useless since it didn’t work.
You know , 60€ a night in that location is I think enough to at least get a clean room and towels and for the Wi-Fi to work.
If the Google is right you are 3* hotel so the standards should be little higher according to that. We didn’t get the double bed which we specifically asked for and we had to ask about it ,to even find out AFTER we paid. They didn’t offer they move the bed for us we were just told to do it our self. If we didn’t notice ,we would pay 64€ more than we were told the first time.And the dirt and disfunktion of the fridge and Wi-Fi was a complete disappointment. I worked on a hotel and I believe you should do better even for only 3 stars.
Overall, we all were very unsatisfied and we would not choose your hotel again.

Up and coming!
This is a nice little hotel a short walk Eichstätt Bahnhof. They were very efficient and service was friendly.
The room was modern, including lights that changed colour with a remote and very clean. BUT we were overlooked by a building site whose workers could be treated to a full frontal if they glanced through the bathroom window into the shower! Not a pretty sight!
It was also a bit noisy as the church bell rang until about 10pm and started up again at 6am. No lie in for us! Beds were ok. Breakfast was a basic continental that sufficed very well.
We ate in the restaurant and it was good food and excellent service. Limited options for vegetarians.

Nice room, useless WiFi, building site out back!
Stayed here for one night in September and probably paid too much. €75! Breakfast included. Room was nice, breakfast Ok. Out the back is a load of building works- looks like 2 more houses or an expansion to the hotel? We ate our evening meal here too as there is not a lot else nearby. This was ok, service was friendly but average.

"So kenne ich Jugendherbergen vor 30 Jahren"
Die Mehrheit der bisher veröffentlichten Kritiken bringt den Gesamteindruck auf den Punkt. Reisezeit war 18.-21.5.23. Der erste Eindruck vermittelt ein modernes Ambiente. Aber: zunächst war das Zimmer nicht ordentlich sauber. Verendete Marienkäfer tummelten sich unterm Schreibtisch, im Bad waren weder die Duscharmatur, noch die Waschbeckenarmatur und auch nicht die Spiegelablage ordentlich sauber (Kalktropfen an den Armaturen, Schmieren auf der Glasablage). Der Duscheinstieg im Zimmer (11) ist kniehoch, die Breite des Einstieges ca.45cm (für unser Alter, beide ü.60 Jahre und Gewicht ) eine Herausforderung. Nach der Bitte um Reinigung wurden die Käfer weggesaugt, die WT Armatur mal drübergewischt, sonst blieb alles wie es war. Die Minibar war leer, der Fernseh hat keinen Empfang - auch nicht nach Reklamation über die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthaltshat sich niemand darum gekümmert! Frühstück gab es keines, man wurde auf einen Bäcker in Eichstädt verwiesen - die Saison würde gerade erst beginnen - na gut! Samstags wurde das Bad und Bett nicht gemacht und um 18 Uhr war nur noch mit 23 Grad "warmen" Wasser zu duschen. Die Heizung war von vornherein kalt, es wurden Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Reklamation der Sauberkeit, gleich am Anreisetag, wurde gefühlt nicht wirklich gut aufgenommen, kein Bedauern des Umstandes zum Ausdruck gebracht. Unterstellplätze für Fahrräder (Ebikes) gab es keine, die durften wir im Flur abstellen. Alles in allem kein entspannter Aufenthalt wegen der unerfreulichen Randbedingungen. Samstag Abend ist uns auf der Treppe eine freundliche junge Frau begegnet, die gefragt hat ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir haben die Umstände erklärt und ihr tat es leid, hat angeboten das Zimmer (es war schon 18.45 Uhr) zu reinigen, worauf wir aber verzichtet haben, da wir am nächsten Morgen abgereist sind. Ich kann das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Ein Gast sollte jemand sein dem man ein paar Tage "verwöhnt" - nicht jemand der nur zu zahlen hat...

Ich fühlte mich nicht willkommen!
Die meisten Gäste, Radler auf dem Altmühlradweg, bleiben für eine Nacht. Sollte man jedoch länger bleiben, fällt einem auf, dass man es in dem Hotel mit einer unidentifizierbaren Menge von durchweg ungelernten Kräften zu tun hat, denen der Gast eigentlich nur lästig ist.
Die Zimmer sind, bis auf Kleinigkeiten, gut in Schuss.
Das Frühstück besteht aus billigsten Zutaten, ein Jugendherberge bietet erheblich Besseres. Die Fotos in der Werbung zeigen Speisen fern jeder Realität. Obendrein musste ich am ersten Morgen erleben, dass fehlte: Teewasser, Käse und Wurst. Es war um 8.30 Uhr noch da: 1 Brötchen, 3 Scheiben Brot. Meine Beschwerde wurde sehr ungnädig aufgenommen, meine Entschuldigung hingegen erwartet.
Das habe ich noch nie erlebt!
