A different style of place in Dieblich

We added this establishment to our tour in the Rhineland and were pleased we did. It is well run welcoming with a very good standard of cuisine. Not too fussy but enough to warrant quality. The place is close enough to Arken and Koblenz. To step up a little more I would recommend coffee in the bedroom and some bathroom gels.

A lot of room for improvement in quality at events

We have been to an event gala in the hotel restaurant for the second time. Everyone has a 2 after a disappointment. We thought we deserved a chance, but on both occasions we were disappointed in terms of quality and presentation of the food - unfortunately. The kitchen is definitely overwhelmed to bring the same course to the table for so many, for us far too many guests.
We have other demands on a restaurant with the Vita and the reputation, after all, the prices are also appropriate.
We are not alone in this criticism, as we have heard several times that it should be better outside the events in terms of quality and price-performance ratio.

Once and never again

For Valentine's Day, my wife and I went to this restaurant to treat ourselves to a nice culinary evening! What happened to us in this place can not be explained so easily! I don't want to criticize the quality of the food here! This was very tasty and of the highest quality! Unfortunately, however, as a guest in this restaurant you simply will not be picked up! There is a rush in the conditions that a kind of discomfort develops from the beginning and you would be glad the bill would already be on the table! As a small example, I have never seen bread and butter simply cleared from the table between starter and main course for whatever reason! I could mention many more details here but this would be beyond the scope! We will definitely not find anyone else in this location!

A Pearl in Thief

Since we happened to need a room for two nights in Dieblich we came to the country house Halferschenke. Only here did we see the quality in this house. Unfortunately we cannot rate the menus because we were invited externally. But the hospitality, the room and breakfast, as well as the wine with cheese plate in the evening were first class. The Schmah family and their team are perfect hosts. We will certainly schedule a rest in Dieblich again. But then with dinner.

Reliable high cooking level in Dieblich

Great multicourse menu with French influence. Aisle by course cooked at a high level with the appropriate wine accompaniment. Nice ambience on the terrace, friendly and courteous service. A wonderful evening and a pleasant overnight stay in Dieblich
