Preis und Leistung stimmt !

Kleines sauberes Hotel ! Zuvorkommendes Personal ! Gutes Frühstück ! Das Gratis-Frühstück ist praktisch für meine Abrechnung ! Und hier bedeutet Gratis nicht gleich Billig ! Die Familie gibt sich wirklich viel Mühe und das machte auf mich einen sehr guten Eindruck ! Rezeption ab 15h ist auch ok ! Als Geschäftsreisender bin ich eh später mit meiner Anreise ! Alles in Allem ein zu empfehlendes Hotel !

Never again!

Elevator broken for over a year. Renovation has been going on for 5 years. Dirty hallway with dog hair, room not properly cleaned. Reception almost never staffed. Very loud and sniffy. Not recommended rather a case for the local health department.

Kulant bei Umbuchung

Mußte aus Krankheitsgründen um eine Woche verschieben, war kein Problem. Littauische Monteure nachts etwas laut, aber letztlich dann doch noch geschlafen. Reines Hotel für Monteure, kein Fön, kein Komfort. Sehr, sehr abgenutzt, deshalb wirkt es schmuddelig, obwohl es doch sauber ist. Freundlicher Chef. 40 Euro pro Person und 5 Euro für Frühstücksbufett ist OK.

Immer freundlich

Bin schon sehr lange Gast in dem Hotel
Wurde immer nett und freundlich empfangen
Werde auch weiterhin dort Gast sein
Wie in jedem Hoten ist es so das es sich verbessern kann

Wenig Positives

Wir haben an einem Samstag per Telefon gebucht und dabei erfahren, dass das Haus per Zahlencode zugänglich und sonst kein Mensch da ist. Da auch das Restaurant geschlossen war, mussten wir recht weit gehen, bis wir etwas zu essen bekamen - wenig komfortabel.
Das Zimmer ist klein und einfach eingerichtet. Der Teppichboden war sehr fleckig, was Zweifel an der Sauberkeit aufkommen liess. Sehr enttäuscht waren wir darüber, dass die Heizung nicht warm wurde. Nachdem wir den Tag bei maximal 13 Grad und Nieselregen auf dem Fahrrad gesessen hatten, hätten wir uns gerne aufgewärmt - Fehlanzeige!
Positiv ist nur, dass die Dusche wenigstens reichlich heißes Wasser von sich gab.
Als wir uns am nächsten Morgen wegen der Heizung beschwerten, war nachher der Zimmerpreis niedriger als erwartet.
