Superb stay! Amazing staff and a magical breakfast.

* Pros: Everything was great! The room was very fresh and the location right by the town hall was perfect. What truly stood out was the wonderful staff and the breakfast – easily the best one we had during our entire trip to Germany!
* Cons: Nothing, we are super satisfied!

Perfection

I booked this hotel on a recommendation from a friend. He told me the location was incredible, the service was amazing and the breakfast was the best he’s ever had. And the hotel did not disappoint. The location is idyllic- just blocks from the main train station and the cathedral. The room had all the amenities- including outlets for UK and USB charging as well as European outlets (there may have been American as well, but I honestly cannot recall now), and the air conditioning, which is an absolute must for me, was bar none. And then the breakfast. Truly a show stopper. The entire team just completely nailed the customer service (Shout out to Norman- he was the best!) I cannot wait to book another stay, I just have to plan another visit!

Great room and outstanding breakfast

Overnight stay for one night in the Junior Suite with two small children. Room is very nice and definitely unique.
Breakfast in the morning is especially to be praised! Homemade products were very good alongside the large selection of everything one could wish for.
Very warm staff!
