Great Value for a Visit in Cologne

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 2 kids 14 & 17) in Numa, Ehrenfeld for three nights. The room was very nice. Much space. Good beds. Everything clean. Kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, water boiler, dish washer and many utensils for food preparation. As a member we got some extra beverages (and 2 snacks) for free apart from the 4 water boxes on the table. We booked the numa breakfast in the small cafe on the same square. We chose 3 different choices that we shared between us - so we had a broader choice for each of us. The waiters were very nice. I can also recommend the parking house that you can book through Numa (20€ per day instead of 29€ when you pay at the machine). The parking house operates 24/7. There is always enough space / lots for your car. The exit Venloer Street takes you to the same square and is connected to the Kaufland super market (closes at 22h). That one also has a separate bakery in front - in case you want breakfast there. The city is well connected through subway. We spent a day in Phantasialand.

Great for a stay wether long or short

The room was nice, spacious for sleeping 4 and a large bathroom. The kitchenette was very nice as were the dishes and cooking supplies. It had everything for a longer stay.

Darkened room / No service / untrustworthy

Never ever again !Numa Ehrenfeld Cologne showed when we booked a beautiful pic of an Appartement.
What we got is a room on Sylvester where No light got in , because there were Covers on the Windows .
The blinds could not be pulled up and you had the feeling of being in prison.
Despite an hour on the phone and SMS none of the team could help .
New Year's Eve with hidden windows .
Can't do it!
Pictures are shown that suggest a completely different reality and then 200 euros for a room like in prison without daylight !
Numa is not trustworthy!
