Very lovely stay with a view of Dom from our room. Couldn’t be closer to train station. A lovely independent bakery only five minutes away. Very comfy.

Terrible hotel

Never experienced such a very bad hotel. First floor above a Bar, 1:30 at night still bloody noice, asked reception, they can't do anything about it. Terrible. No airco, noice from.the Street although windows closed. A discrace

The staff were helpful and friendly at reception. The room was okay, but during the heatwave, the lack of any air conditioning made the room far too hot. Even the plug-in fan that was provided was not enough to keep the temperature down in the room, so we struggled to sleep overnight.
Location excellent for the adjacent railway station and being able to leave the bags with them during the day was helpful.

The hotel is located right next to Cologne station with a great view of the cathedral from the breakfast room.
The breakfast was good value and the equal of many more expensive ones we had taken earlier in the trip as it had more options with regard to dairy and gluten free.
All staff were very friendly.

Very nice hotel and wonderful staff. We were able to check in early and the hotel was in a great location
