The water gets clogged in the sink.
The staff was not hospitable, but rather seemed annoyed during check-in.

Die von Ihnen angesprochenen technischen Unzulänglichkeiten im Badezimmer hätten wir gerne vor Ort behoben. Unser Team steht täglich bis 23 Uhr für Unterstützung bereit und schult seine Servicequalität kontinuierlich.
Ihre Beobachtungen zum Check-in-Vorgang nehmen wir ernst. Unser Ziel ist stets ein herzlicher Empfang, der unseren Gästen einen positiven ersten Eindruck vermittelt.

Super recommended
The stuart Hasan is really nice and super nice, advised us where to eat and gave discount tickets for breakfast.
You also have the option to leave your luggage with them at your check out if you have to hang around all day and on your return they offer you water or a soft drink.
