Great location, with views overlooking the Mozel and Cochem. Very helpfull staff and parking right outside.

Very good hotel

Very well. We booked the suite. Very neat and spacious, separate bedroom and equipped with kitchenette. View of the Moselle. Lovely balcony. Delicious breakfast with different types of fruit, bread scrabbled eggs etc. Staff is very friendly. The cleaning is TOP, clean towels every day, whole room cleaned again, even clean bath mat every day. Parking in private garage. Really perfect all!

No empathy from the owner.

Very unfriendly owner. Because my husband is afraid of scarcity and we got a room on the 4th floor where the shower and the balcony were very small my husband did not like this and we decided to go home. At the same time we were there was a couple looking for a room. However, we had to pay the full pound and a now show was reported to Bol.com. The room could therefore immediately be rented out again. Poor Service.

Very old hotel with good location

The rooms are very old and have dirty wallpaper. Also, the hair dryer did not work properly. To be praised is the good view in some and the good location, so you get to the city immediately and actually don't need a car. The gym is tight and crowded and the parking is too small. One had no view of the Imperial Castle. Breakfast is very tasty and with plenty of choice.

Great hotel for a short break.

Great hotel, good location near the bridge.
We had a suite with balcony and view of the Moselle.
Large room with small kitchen funny, bed was fine and we bring own pillow.
Breakfast is fine enough choice.
Just a pity there is no air conditioning there is an elevator.
Room cleaned every day so also fine.
There is even a gym .In short a fine a bit dated hotel but really neat.
