Comfortable stay. Toilet wasn't clean when I got my room. Bed was okay. Everything was basic and functional.

Personnel policy needs urgent reconsideration!
Even the booking experience left me speechless, as when trying to get the best price directly at the hotel (as everywhere), my eyes nearly popped out of my head: 100 € more expensive than on the usual platforms.
The check-in was super friendly, and the kiosk in the lobby leaves nothing to be desired. The room: large and run-down, poorly cleaned, and toilets for dwarfs.
But the highlight: Never and nowhere in the world have I been treated more unfriendly than by the breakfast waiter. Everyone in the room spoke about his unkempt and outrageous behavior. Only he alone robs the entire hotel of at least one star! 29€ for a children's breakfast? In the east of the republic? No local family can afford that.

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir sehr, dass Ihr Gesamteindruck durch verschiedene Punkte so negativ ausgefallen ist. Ihre Hinweise zur Zimmerreinigung und Ausstattung nehmen wir ernst und geben diese intern weiter.
Zu den Zimmerpreisen möchten wir ergänzen, dass Drittanbieter teilweise mit eigenen Programmen und zusätzlichen Rabatten arbeiten, mit denen wir manchmal einfach nicht ganz mithalten können. Über unsere Friends56 Rate hätten Sie in diesem Fall voraussichtlich einen vergleichbaren Preis erhalten.

Duly queued up during check-in.
Young employee, however, preferred all other guests from the hall as they belonged to one company .
The friendly request to let me know when it is the turn of the normal guests was unfortunately forgotten by her.
Other guests would probably have left long ago with this appreciation.

Sehr geehrter Herr Rimrodt,
vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, welches ich an dieser Stelle nach Rücksprache mit den Mitarbeitern jedoch Richtigstellen möchte, da Ihre Darstellung nicht den Tatsachen entspricht.
Im Moment Ihrer Ankunft wurde gerade eine andere geschlossene Gruppe eingecheckt. Es wurde also keine andere Firma bevorzugt, sondern die Bitte an Sie gerichtet, uns diesen Vorgang abschließen zu lassen. Die Mitarbeiterin bat Sie, einen kleinen Moment Platz zu nehmen und lud Sie auf ein Getränk ein, was Sie übellaunig ausschlugen. Dass Sie Ihnen dann über den nach wenigen Minuten Wartezeit stattfindenden Check-In vergaß Bescheid zu geben, ist ärgerlich, einer Auszubildenden im 1. Lehrjahr aber auch nachzusehen. Gänzlich unerwähnt bleibt in Ihrer Bewertung leider die Beschimpfungen Ihrerseits gegenüber meinen Mitarbeitern, was ich so nicht hinnehme und als ganz schlechten Stil erachte.
Hier werden wir entsprechende Konsequenzen ziehen.
Dennoch wünsche ich alles Gute.

Everything was good except that it was slightly cold inside the room although I turned the dial of air conditioning to + limit. I found no other way to control the temperature of room.
