Perfect Rustic Hotel in the Country

Drove here after Pilsen Urquell tour in Pilsen, and were wowed by the ueber-friendly owners, basic but clean & very affordable rooms. Loved the duvets, nice assortmanet on breakfast buffet & super tasty Goulash Soup, and walking paths right outside the front door. If you've had enough of the cities and want to experience an inexpensive pleasant, relaxing break in the country be sure to choose Hotel Sonnenhof.

An imposition

I had booked a single room. According to the description a small room. Reality was a room with a width of about 1.5m. Must have been a laundry room once. Very noisy bathroom fan. The “TV” did not work. Although only €50.- including breakfast was charged, but the complaint of the defective TV was not taken for. An imposition...

Great value

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of November 2009. We were surprised that such a nice place was so inexpensive. It is not a new flashy hotel but an honest value for money. The room was clean, comfortable and very roomy. The best thing was the location, so close to the forest and out of town so it was quiet.
The owners were very polite, friendly and happy to help.
Would go back to this hotel if we ever came through the area again.

Ein Zeitsprung

Anfahrt ist gut, am Ortsrand gelegen. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Schöner Blick vom Hotel ins Umland.
Freundlicher Empfang, es wird zu den Zimmern geführt. In den Zimmern ist die Zeit teilweise in den 70ern und 80ern stehen geblieben, hat aber Charm. Die Betten sind ok, alles ist sauber und funktioniert. Das ist doch die Hauptsache.
Frühstück ist ordentlich, alles da, was benötigt wird.
Frische Rühreier werden gerne zubereitet.
Ein Traum, in der Sonne auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken.

Klein, aber liebenswerte Gastgeber

Das Hotel "Sonnenhof" liegt etwas außerhalb von Cham, ist also bestens geeignet für die, die lieber etwas Ruhe als Trubel mögen. Die Zimmer sind nicht immer auf dem neuesten Stand, dafür absolut preiswert und die Gastgeber sind sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht!
