Centrally placed enabling us to enjoy the Altstadt part of Celle. The place was were mindfull of our dog and the breakfast facilities were outstanding. The restuarent menu of the hotel was very short and hence pushed us to enjoy food experiences elsewhere.

Über Ihre lobenden Worte haben wir uns sehr gefreut, bedauern aber gleichzeitig sehr, dass Ihnen unsere Refugiumzimmer nicht zugesagt haben. Unsere Zimmer im Refugium sind in der Regel bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt, da diese einen ganz eigenen Charme haben, welcher dem historischen Palais Adelebsen nachempfunden wurde. Bitte erlauben Sie mir auch die Bemerkung, dass auf unserer Website darauf hingewiesen wird, dass diese Zimmer nur über die Foyertreppe erreichbar sind und auch, dass die Deckenhöhe nur 1,90m beträgt. Leider erlaubt die Expedia Seite nicht, dass man derartige Details in die Zimmerbeschreibung einfügt, was uns sehr leid tut. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir Sie dennoch wieder bei uns im Althoff Hotel Fürstenhof Celle begrüßen dürften, vielleicht dann in einem unserer Zimmer, die mit einem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen sind. Expensive breakfast
Nicely decorated hotel with nice rooms but without elevator. Spacious room with comfortable bed. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which tasted good. The breakfast I experienced as not affordable, good ingredients but too expensive!!

As a listed historic residence, our main building does not have an elevator; I regret any inconvenience this caused. For transparency, these rooms are clearly described on our website and booking channels as accessible only via stairs and without a lift. Our team is happy to assist with luggage and, subject to availability, allocate rooms on lower floors.

It was a really unfortunate experience. Our room was really dirty and the staff not that helpful. We ordered roomservice, and the next day at 16:00 we had to go to the reception and ask them to come get the plates and clean our room that day.

Top hotel!!
Very good hotel and very nice staff. Top service at the Fürstenhof in Celle!!! We would love to come back to this hotel in Celle again! Best regards from Berlin
