We are guaranteed NOT to come back

We had booked the "Executive Park Suite" and were disappointed. Granted, the pictures show the suite, and we could have imagined that these professionally illuminate the strengths. But what we found was, among other things:
Stiff, mouldy windows that were neither soundproof nor airtight (the water ran down the inside of the windows)
Dirty and defective curtains
Non-functional and ageing roller blinds
Cold rooms that didn't get cozy and warm even with heating to "full throttle"
Missing pillows and blankets on the cold and uncomfortable leather couch
A minibar (fridge) without cooling
A broken skewed bedside table
The very friendly housewife immediately brought in a heating fitter after our complaint, who then conveyed some heat into the booth. And she gave us two cuddly blankets that made us feel a bit more comfortable.
The house next door has a heat pump (or something similar) directly on the wall of the house across the street that runs all night. Borkum in February an island of peace, but unfortunately not in this room in the house at the park! 7 days humming of heat pump.
Furthermore, we find the "Wellness Hotel" to be at least as euphemistic as the "Executive Park Suite". Those who like it have a pool. The sauna is really tiny and the slots per room (50 minutes) although "fair" but far too short. Besides, hardly anyone would like to "rest" on the two chairs below in front of the sauna.

Untrustworthy behaviour in case of holiday cancellation

We had to cancel our 14-day holiday trip due to illness. Although the landlady managed to rent the accommodation elsewhere for almost the entire duration, she sent us an invoice for cancellation costs over the entire period.
That is deeply dubious, as this is legal to look at I dare not judge.
