Never again FHS Aparthotel

We booked and paid for a presidential suite for 7 people from June 20 to 21, 2026. The night of June 19 was booked and confirmed by phone. However, a corrected confirmation/invoice was never received. On June 19, 2026, we arrived late after 11:00 PM and had to wait 20 minutes until someone came with a key. Then no one knew anything about the booking. We then received one apartment with three bedrooms and a balcony! Two people were supposed to go to another house. Since we had booked a suite as a group, we wanted to stay together. By necessity, one person slept on a folding bed and another on the couch (which was not a sofa bed!). According to a phone statement, the presidential suite has been rented for months; why can it be booked online? No one personally apologized or offered any goodwill. The apartment was completely dilapidated with junk furniture, and it smelled strongly of cleaning products. And on Sunday, we are supposed to pay cash for the extended night. Catastrophic customer communication and poor service. The breakfast was totally overpriced; we canceled it before arrival, but it was offered to us multiple times. Everything seemed unprofessional.

careful, owner unreliable, ripoff

We had to pay upfront, the rooms were not ready / still building site - owner was apologetic at first, but could not be reached any more in the end. No refund - classic ripoff, so beware of paying upfront.

Großzügige Zimmer, modern und geschmackvoll.

Es hat einen sehr guter und sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Die Suiten sind hervorragend eingerichtet und sind auch für eine Familie geeignet, da zwischen 69 - 110 m² Größe. Indem aauch eine voll eingerichtete Küche existierte, konnte man sich gut auch selber versorgen.
