Schöne ruhige Wohnung, super geeignet für Familien

Direkt am Waldrand mit tollem Blick über den Ort, Ortskern in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Busnutzung gratis dank Aktivcard.
Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und es gab direkt Ausflugtipps, die man sonst nicht gefunden hätte.

Runtergekommen und muffig

Obwohl idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen, ist die Unterkunft absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Mobiliar runtergekommen,es riecht überall muffig und feucht und die Terrasse ist lieblos mit einem Gitter umzäunt. Besonders speziell: Die Türen zu den Bädern wurden entfernt, so hat der Partner auch was vom nächtlichen Toilettengang und das Schlafzimmer riecht nach Toilettenstein. Die Heizkörper kann man nicht einschalten (sehr spannend, wenn es tagelang regnet und man laut Hausregeln nirgendwo außerhalb der feuchten Wohnung Kleidung trocknen darf), auf Nachfrage wurde der versprochene Heizlüfter nicht gebracht.
Dafür ist der Preis der Wohnung absolut überteuert. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Einen herzlichen Dank an Familie Kottulinsky. Der Aufenthalt war ein vollkommenes Erlebnis. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und frisch renoviertes Appartement mit Terrasse und Garten, zudem einen wundervollen Blick auf ganz Bodenmais, da das Haus am höchsten Punkt des Ortes direkt am Wald liegt. Alles war supersauber und gepflegt. Die Inhaber sind unglaublich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Fazit: Perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
