Extremely poor service. We had booked two nights at the hotel, but ended up leaving and checking into another hotel just 10 minutes after we arrived. The rooms were unbearably hot, and there was absolutely no way to cool them down.
We went back and spoke to the staff to ask if we could get at least a partial refund, but they refused. We asked if they didn’t think it was unacceptable that guests had to book another hotel because of the heat, but the employee just shook his head.
The location is beautiful, but unfortunately the service was absolutely terrible. Several other guests were also complaining, yet no one received any help.

Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt, sauber und modern. Auch das Personal war bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt immer leicht zu finden und und hat uns ganz lieb empfangen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.
