The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was very modern and clean. Self check in/ out a breeze.

Avoid the place. Room looks good and spacious when you enter it but it has no ventilation except keeping windows open. Your window and neighbours window are right next to each other.
The code for room key sent in email through hotels.com doesn’t work. No reception so you need to call the hotel number to get details

Nice and quiet room, big comfy bed and room. Wasn't immediately obvious from the property entrance that the reception area is actually on the first floor, some signage would be useful. Only slight issue was the shower never went above lukewarm, but we were only there one night, arrived late and left early so there was no staff around to inform.

If the hotel can provide a breakfast option, that will be better, maybe the hotel can work with the restaurant nearby.
