Excellent stay here between 8th - 11th June. All staff so welcoming and facilities clean!
It’s about a 18-20 minute walk into Alexanderplatz along a main road so you can’t get lost! Less than ten minutes from Osbahnhof Station too for travelling around.
Lovely Holzmarkt area opposite offering drinks, street food and chilled vibes by the Spree. Also 15 minute walk from the East Side Gallery.
Only advice from me was the room was a bit light in the evening due to a thin curtain and leaving the window open led to a lot of noise from the train line and construction work opposite. If you’re a light sleeper then bring an eye mask! 😂

The property is located right next to a sharp bend in the railroad tracks, making it extremely loud 24/7. To make matters worse, there is no air conditioning. On hot summer nights, you are forced to choose between suffocating from the heat with the windows closed, or being kept awake by the piercing screech of metal train wheels on the rails.

The kitchen + the dishwater all included are truly a gems in this apartment
TV compatible bluetooth
Ground floor has its pro and cons, like direct access to the street (be careful for insecure times), some insects can enter the apartment and crawl to the bed.
Air conditioning half-working.
Sometimes the wall is soundproof but we can still the neighboors door bangs or the neighboors' showers

Lovely place to stay - close to public transport and a grocery store nearby - loved that there was a little kitchenette in the room. As it's next to the railway line there is regular noise from trains - and there were building works opposite - however earplugs did the trick. In every other way it was a very comfortable and convenient place - would stay again.

Money gone

Very disappointing handling of an obviously uncaused situation.
I had to cancel my stay at short notice because I had an accident. I was able to provide medical documentation and am currently reliant on crutches. Nevertheless, there was no leniency or accommodation whatsoever.
I never expected a full refund, but I merely hoped for a fair solution – for example, a partial refund or a good offer for a later stay. In the end, there was no response to that either.
Especially in the case of a verifiable injury, I would have appreciated much more understanding and customer orientation. Especially since a non-refundable, low-rate option is prominently offered during the booking process. Unfortunately, the feeling remains that as a guest, one is completely left alone with their problem. I will definitely refrain from another stay.
