Great hostel, pretty lively and good vibes in the evenings - evening activities actually very fun! Wilson and other host both ran games well and were jokes as well!

Max storer

Great hostel, very social, Wilson did a great job running beer pong which was a good way to meet some people. Location was nice. Would have no problems recommending this to someone

Building in need of maintenance.
Staff in dire need of efficiency and customer service training.
Bathrooms were eye-opening! Urine on floors and seats.

I want my Stuff Back

First, despite booking together, they did not put my friend and I even on the same floor let alone the same room. This can be understandable due to rooms filling up; however, they should have accommodated to put us in the same room somehow.
The atmosphere of the hostel is a little creepy. The downstairs bar area is chill (a bit loud but it’s a bar). The hallways and doorways to get to the rooms are both confusing and creepy. It’s more often than not dark in the hallways as well.
Next, the cleaning staff did not always know who was and was not in the room and took my towels and flip flops. I understand that the hostel is not responsible for stollen things. In this case, they should be. I was the only one left in the room as all of the other girls left in the morning. When I woke up, the cleaning staff had not come yet and I used both my flip flops and towels. After exploring the city, I had come back to the other beds made and my stuff gone. I was thankfully able to get my towels back but my flip flops are gone. My issue with this whole situation is that they should have not been taken in the first place because the cleaning staff should have been informed another girl was still staying in this room and to not clean it out. When I went to reception with my concerns, they were unable to do anything about my missing flip flops

When friends or groups book together, we always try our best to allocate them in the same room whenever availability allows. Unfortunately, depending on occupancy and the room types booked, this is not always possible, but we understand how disappointing it is when you cannot stay together.

We strongly recommend that all personal belongings are kept securely in the lockers under the beds and locked, particularly when leaving the room.
