Great hotel, will certainly come back here again

Very nice hotel situated near Postdammer Platz. A walk to Brandenburg Tor or the Reichstag will only take 15-20 minutes.
Very nice hotel staff.
Spacious room with a view on the Fernsehtower.
Bathroom is wonderful, water-pressure of the shower is great.
On top of this all...the breakfast! What ever you want, you can get it. Waffles, smoked salmon, sparking wine, fruit juicer, eggs in every way you can imagine.
The restaurant can be busy during breakfast, but there are a lot of seating areas and the tables are cleaned very quickly.
It was the second time we stayed here, but we will certainly come back again.

appealing weekend getaway with a few drawbacks

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of Potsdamer Platz. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day by several people and offers an extensive range of services. The staff is very friendly and strives to find solutions.
The breakfast selection is excellent, very extensive, and leaves almost nothing to be desired. The breakfast atmosphere, however, resembles mass processing - it is extremely loud, restless (very many guests walking around in confusion), and you almost always have to wait in line at the extensive buffet. Decaffeinated coffee is not available despite being labeled.
Parking space reservation is only possible as a special service due to a walking disability, but then no one at check-in knows about it, and they simply send us away to park elsewhere despite the disability.
The room cleaning was inadequate upon arrival. There were traces of previous guests everywhere (dirty refrigerator, sticky telephone, cabinets and walls with dirt stains and cocoa residue).
In the bar, you cannot charge to the room if no credit card is on file at the reception - thus, room service is also not possible due to the walking disability.

The breakfast was amazing and included in the price. The rooms were very modern and clean. All in all, an amazing hotel for what you pay!

Room was great, especially the bathroom. Staff were attentive above and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, but a little too expensive. Would stay here again.

Excellent!

This hotel is always wonderful! I had already been there in the past and had a good experience. Back then there was the Restaurant which is no longer there now. But the hotel is still excellent. I didn't try the breakfast again, maybe I will next time. Reception staff very kind and helpful.
