Superb hotel!!
We recently spent a week at the Hotel Sana, 1 adult and two teenagers. First time visitors to Berlin so we wanted to be close enough to the main areas but not in a busy neighbourhood. The Hotel is beautiful, the first thing you notice is the incredible smell when you walk in, the foyer is super chilled, gorgeously decorated and just what you want to walk into after a day travelling. The staff were wonderful and really attentive. We were early for our check in but our bags were taken care of.
Our room was a suite on the second floor, we wanted a little bit more space than a usual room but this just blew us away! It was essentially an apartment, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, fully stocked kitchen with washing machine! We could have stayed a month. For full transparency, some of the areas are a bit tired, some sockets not working and some chips off doors here and there but it doesn’t in any way spoil the experience. The room was kept spotless throughout our stay.
Breakfast was included in our package and was everything we wanted, you name it they had it! Hot and cold buffet. The staff at breakfast were all really lovely.
The hotel overall has a beautiful high end feel but not in any way intimidating, all of the staff we encountered were lovely.
The location is about 15mins away from KaDeWa and the Wittenbergplatz ubahn, which gives you access to all the other lines to the major tourist spots. Kaiser Willhelm Church is not far away too.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, it was everything we needed and wanted and more and I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My daughter from London met us in Berlin, and so we got a two bedroom suite. It even had two bathrooms! We enjoyed hanging out in the living room and were able to have wine and snacks that we got from a nearby market and kept in the kitchen refrigerator. The storage in the suite was expansive, so we had more than enough room to unpack and settle in. We got robes from the front desk to use for the pool but ended up not being able to use it. But enjoyed lounging in them nonetheless. A great spot!

This hotel is a gem. Amazing value for the price. The pool, sauna and steam room were fantastic. A little smaller than expected but very clean and well maintained and love the no kids between 8-11pm policy. Great bar with a large and secluded outdoor patio, open til midnight. Didn’t use the restaurant but the à la carte menu looked good. It’s a very safe and quiet neighborhood, close to trains and easy enough to get around. Room was large and comfortable. A friend stayed down the street at the Hoxton for roughly the same price and I would consider this the superior value with the pool, bar and large rooms. Would definitely book this again and recommend to others.

Overall, we had a good experience at the SANA Berlin, but the hotel could use some additional maintenance and attention to detail.
We stayed in a Junior Suite for six nights, which was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. However, there were a couple of maintenance issues in the bathroom. The shower door was slightly misaligned and needed to be lifted when opening and closing, and one of the bathroom sinks was draining very slowly. Due to our schedule, we didn’t report these issues during our stay, although we did expect that housekeeping might notice the slow-draining sink and have it addressed.
The hotel gym was underwhelming and didn’t look quite as impressive as it did in the photos. More importantly, when we tried to use it, the temperature was unbearably hot, which made it difficult to exercise comfortably.
The breakfast buffet was fairly standard with no particular surprises. That said, it was sufficient for the price and offered a reasonable selection.
Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, particularly the spacious and quiet rooms, but some basic maintenance and improvements to the gym would make the experience considerably better.
