Lovely experience staying here. It started with a friendly receptionist followed by staying in very clean, modern room that was well decorated.
Added modern touch that we didn't even need to manually open curtains.
Bed and pillows was very comfortable.
Bathroom very modern with nice shower.
Air con was just what we needed in this heat wave.
We had evening drinks at the bar, cocktails were made to perfection.
Breakfast had plenty to choose from.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel. Great rooms and nice and clean. Good location in relation to the Olympic station. We were going to a concert there and it was a short bus ride away.
Supermarket nearby and little restaurants. You can get döner kebab for 1am at night near the hotel. Good after a trip to concert

Avoid this hotel! Do not book.
This hotel is an absolute disgrace. Nothing advertised matches reality. We were told after checking in that there was no hot water, a problem that had existed all day but was never disclosed.
The room was filthy, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the entire hotel reeked of smoke. My partner, who has asthma, couldn’t even breathe properly inside the building. Calling this place a 4-star hotel is a joke — it needs a complete refurbishment.
When we complained, the hotel refused to issue a refund and pushed us off to Booking.com, offering zero help. We had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel out of pocket.
This was one of the worst, most dishonest hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

Slechte ervaring met dit hotel
We paid €612 for two nights in an Economy Double Room during a busy weekend. The room was located in the basement level with a view of a wall outside the window. The air conditioning was not functioning during our entire stay, making the room extremely hot. A fan was promised but never delivered. We also experienced issues with housekeeping and found the mattress to be heavily worn. The hotel acknowledged the air-conditioning problem after our stay but declined any form of compensation. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price paid.

Absolute rip-off and by far one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
We booked a room for one night through Booking for a hefty 320 € and explicitly under the condition that we would get a parking space directly at the hotel. Before our arrival, I had multiple email contacts with an employee who confirmed in writing that a parking space was reserved for our stay. Everything in black and white.
Upon arrival, the first surprise was: No parking available. The reservation did not interest the staff at all. Instead, we were simply referred to a supposedly "only 4 minutes away" parking garage. In reality, it was more like a 15-minute walk. The parking garage was also completely overpriced and severely limited due to renovation work, so we first had to search for a free parking space for about 20 minutes.
The subsequent check-in was even worse. The receptionist reacted to our legitimate complaint with incredible arrogance and unfriendliness. His only response was essentially: "What can I do about it?" Instead of apologizing for the mistake or at least offering us some small compensation – such as a free breakfast or a room upgrade – the room key was simply thrown on the counter. Not a word of apology, no friendly welcome, no wishes for a pleasant stay. Such behavior is completely unacceptable for someone at the hotel reception.
In the room, the next shock followed. The bathroom was clearly not properly cleaned. The toilet had a yellowish rim, the sink was dirty, and the water barely drained. The mirror was full of spots, the floor was sticky, and there was an unpleasant smell of cigarettes throughout the room. For a price of €320 per night, this is simply outrageous.
Fortunately, we only had to spend a few hours there and mainly used the hotel for sleeping. At check-out, we weren't even asked if everything was okay. Apparently, they know very well how poor the service and condition of the establishment are.
Conclusion: Overpriced rooms, unfulfilled promises, unfriendly staff, and lack of cleanliness. Had I known that the parking space guarantee was worthless, I would never have booked this hotel.
