It was a god hotel in a god part of the city. Many restaurants and cafeterias close to the hotel.
Bus just 2 minutes away.
Subway around 10 minutes away from the hotel.
The breakfast was fine.

Angry about the super short-term rebooking and angry about the bill!!!

We booked a large room with kitchenette and balcony from 1 to 3 May 2026. On the morning of May 1st we were suddenly informed that we could not have this after all and it was rebooked to a standard room (only half the size and location in the noisy backyard). I was completely outraged, called there immediately. The second night we were able to change to the originally booked room. However, despite multiple complaints, the calculation is still incorrect! We were charged twice for the large room and the promised reduction of 25% was also changed only to the first night and not to the whole duration as promised.
Supposedly, this is how it is in the system and can no longer be changed. That's not how it works, dear NumaTeam!

Perfect stay

Super location for what we needed. Close to public transport links to popular tourist attractions (we were here for the Berlin Half Marathon) rooms were immaculate and well organised and furnished. Great little kitchen area and spacious living space (even with two kids!) beds were so comfortable, best nights sleep we’ve had! breakfast was lovely, although there was no take out option which would have been preferable but not a major inconvenience.
One tiny challenge, there isn’t a ramp to the main door so we had to lift our pram (once inside there is a lift which was perfect for getting our luggage and children up to the third floor) lovely little touches with complementary water, juice, beer and sweeties. World definitely recommend and stay again.

As a very seasoned traveler, I would 100% recommend staying here. The value for the money is dead on.

It was a great experience and we would truly come back. The Wi-Fi works well. It’s easy to get into our room. It’s very secure and in a fabulous location. I would put this on par with Hilton Garden Inn, except the beds at Hilton Garden Inn are a little bit more comfortable.

Highly recommended Apartotel near Ku'damm Berlin!

- Central location with very good public transport connections.
- Well-cut rooms with tip soundproof windows and well-equipped kitchenette.
- Good bed and comfortable pillows.
- WC in the bathroom built a bit cramped, towel rail next to sink not available (at least in room 418)
- good contact via WhatsApp
- Control panel for pin input in the dark difficult to read
- Room safe available
- TV cumbersome to use and few programs, no device can be linked via HDMI
