Clean, modern hotel. Staff were very helpful on check-in, despite arriving very late. Hotel is in a very good location for public transport, next an U-Bahn station, this U-Bahn is 2 stops from many connections to get around Berlin. Be aware that the U-Bahn station can be an area for drug addicts to loiter. I felt reasonably safe, but others may be intimidated by this (this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but something to be aware of).

Unfortunate choice for a business trip

I’ve stayed in many Motel Ones, chose because get a decent nights sleep and they are reliably good. However for my one night stay for a business meeting the next day I had little sleep due to hearing lots of noise from neighbouring rooms till very late in evening and very early in morning, not voices or loud tvs but doors closing, things being placed on tables and hangers. I also had earplugs in! So walls must be paper thin. Not the staffs fault as they were very nice, it’s the building structure. Being sleep deprived was not something I was expecting the next day.
