I can’t recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by the friendly staff, who couldn’t do enough to help us throughout our stay. Although there weren’t any tea or coffee making facilities in the room we were provided with a kettle on request.
We were upgraded to a suite and our room was beautifully clean, and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well every night. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in keeping everything spotless and well maintained.
One of the highlights for us was the lovely atmosphere. Everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made us feel completely relaxed from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and something for everyone, and every member of staff greeted us with a smile.
The roof top terrace was wonderful and a lovely place to relax in the sunshine.
In particular Sebastian and Susanne were very welcoming and made my birthday a special experience.
We left feeling refreshed and are already talking about when we can come back. It’s rare to find a place that feels so welcoming and genuinely cares about its guests, but this hotel certainly does. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special—we’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to our family and friends.

Noise

Room forward towards Dom extreme noise. 3 S-Bahn Lines that passed the hotel every 20 seconds. From 5 o'clock in the morning no more sleep because of it and night also after 2 o'clock first night. Window could not open either because then even more noise. Glass wasn't soundproofing either. Air conditioning was filter not replaced, so could not handle, therefore extremely warm in room.
Night porter Oscar incredibly fantastic guy. Breakfast very good.

Great Place to Stay in Berlin.

Excellent hotel. Very nice rooftop bar. Breakfast only. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very quiet. We would definitely stay again. Oscar at the front desk was especially helpful but the entire staff was helpful as well. It is centrally located, close to Museum Island, many restaurants are nearby as well as parks and transportation. It is close to the River.

Cosy old style hotel

We were three friends who stayed in each our owns comfort single rooms. We did however got upgraded to comfort double rooms without asking. This was a nice surprice. The hotel is very cosy and stylish. We didnt get to try the bar or rooftop bar. The breakfeast selection is very good. Something for everybody.

Great Little Hotel!

Excellent little hotel within good distance to the main attractions of Berlin and under ground stations.
Hotel was very clean and tidy and was even upgraded to a bigger room!
All the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel bar was very nice aswell. Well decorated and had a lovely chilled vibe to this!
