The best hostel

The best hostel I've ever stayed in, period. A nice, calm and welcoming vibe, great location in the city, and very clean. Helpfull staff. Stayed in the "Bicycle room" solo and was very pleased with it - except the pillow. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing Vibes, Lovely cozy hostel.

We arrived late to check in because of a delayed train, and the lovely hostel owner was there 10 minutes after contacting him to help us check in. The common room is lovely and comfortable, filled with records, a guitar and a piano so is a great place to play music and meet people.
As for meeting people, everyone was so lovely, we instantly made friends to explore Berlin with from all over the world!
The all-female dorm was lovely and spacious, but no full sized lockers or curtains on the bed (which wasn’t the end of the world).
The kitchen and bathrooms were in great shape, with loads of free toiletries in the women’s, and space to get changed or ready to go out.
Would absolutely recommend staying at Kiez if you want somewhere a little bit out of the center for a warm, friendly and independent vibe.

I do not recommend this hotel foreigners from some countries are discriminated against by the German staff after going out on the town my bed was rented to another person when I came back I saw that it was occupied the staff was already after the change there was another person, the girl who occupied the bed threw all the stuff off the bed where it was visible that it was occupied and made a big fuss I was supposed to get a refund I did not receive it on my card never again worst hostel
