Green and comfortable
This hotel is very “very green”, with flowers and plants everywhere creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, breakfast is varied and good, and the linen is clean. Beds are comfy, and the rooms are spacious enough. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay
My family and I stayed for 3 nights at this great hotel , location wise , its perfect , service is top notch , breakfast is great with various choices , staff are friendly , rooms are spacious , all in all a great stay

Excellent stay!
Excellent hotel, highly recommend!
We stayed here for 4 nights and didn't regret it for a second—the hotel is top-notch! The rooms are spacious, bright, and have excellent soundproofing. The bed is incredibly comfortable, so you get a full 100% restful sleep after long walks around the city.
The breakfasts are a whole different story. The buffet is huge, the selection of dishes is unreal, and everything is fresh and delicious. It's the perfect way to power up for the day.
The Club Lounge was also a major highlight. The food there was absolutely excellent, easily on par with a good restaurant. The drink selection was very impressive too: great coffee, along with several varieties of high-quality champagne, wine, and beer. We looked forward to dropping by every day.
And of course, huge thanks to the staff, especially an employee named Odil Olimjonov! He is a wonderful worker who helped us so much, took great care of us, and sorted out every request. It’s this kind of attitude that makes you feel like a truly welcome guest.
The location is also super—the area is quiet, Berlin Zoo and Ku'damm are just a stone's throw away, and hitting the spa and pool in the evening was the perfect way to unwind. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Intercontinental Hotel Berlin
I stayed at the hotel for five days and had a pleasant experience. The location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, I had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel.

I have rated this hotel 4/5 not 5/5 for 2 reasons. One is location, and one the pool.
For me, the location was good, not great. It was a bit of a walk to the nearest tube, in excess of 10 minutes, and i would prefer to be a little closer to the centre.
The swimming pool/ health spa, you cannot access as a hotel guest unless you pay, which, having travelled a significant amount, is the first time I have come across this. Hotel guests, in my opinion, should not be paying surcharges to use the hotel pool.
Having said the above, the staff were great and my room lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a very comprehensive buffet.
Overall, a great stay, would have been perfect if I could have had a swim and been a fraction nearer to the tube.
