Convenient to get around Berlin

Cheap hotel convenient to get around Berlin, a few steps from the shopping street and near the Metro. room not excellent but with everything you need, breakfast right to face the day. Only bad thing the smell of cooking in common areas

Me and my daughter just had a lovely last minute stay .The rooms are a bit dated and TV all german speaking . But that was great I read my book and chatted with my daughter . Its a very clean quirky hotel . Staff were pleasent and and there was always something to eat in the morning . No kettle but an abundance of little cafes dotted about . There is also a nice bar that serves german food below be warned the portions are huge . Will definatly be back very good value .

The hotel is in a great location. The reception is great. It's an old hotel, but it needs some maintenance. Breakfast is the same and standard every day. It could use some variety.

For the price absolutely fine

I was looking for two cheap single rooms including breakfast in Berlin. Having only ever found places in a hostel with a shared room and shared bathroom as the cheapest options, this was not an option for me. This hotel was immediately offered to me as the cheapest: for 82€ for 2 rooms including breakfast, which I could hardly believe. Ultimately, it's clear that you can't expect luxury accommodation there. The rooms are not too new and also need a bit of renovation, the floorboards creak and the walls are a bit noisy, but perfectly adequate for one night. The room was clean and the breakfast was also perfectly fine. Breakfast was also quite private due to the few rooms of the property. We would definitely come back.
