Unfortunately a room facing the very noisy Pasewalker Strasse. I had asked in advance but received no reply. Otherwise quite okay. Just Berlin.

Stayed 4 nights, did only clean room once. No spare toilet paper in the room. Had to find spare once in the common bathroom downstairs after hours.
Room right above a lounge/cafe with a birthday on Saturday night. Loud music all night, impossible to sleep and no service onsite

This hotel claimed they had parking, but they did not. They send you a message that says you have to reserve parking in advance, but when you ask to reserve it, they say they can’t. When you get there, there is no parking lot. You park on the street if you can find a spot.

We stayed there for a weekend trip and the hotel put us in a tiny room just above a “private venue room”. Party all night long, very loud and we couldn’t sleep. After 3pm you can’t reach anyone to complain. Very unfriendly men owner.
Russian background. Avoid. Worst hotel stay ever

quiet and cheap hotel in Berlin-Pankow

Hotel in a quiet location. Our room was simply furnished. We could sleep very well. The Eastern European lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The grumpy breakfast waiter stood next to the reception desk the whole time. One felt watched. He spoke neither German nor English.
