Set in a quiet residential area, so although no air conditioning, could happily leave a window open on the hotter nights. In general, great value with even cheapest room a good size. Close to a couple of train stations to get about the city, one of which was right next to the excellent Brlo beer garden. Quite a new deli just around the corner on the way to Brlo too. Staff were always friendly and helpful, so all in all, would totally recommend and use again!

Told in advance that the lift was out of order so wasn’t a surprise on arrival. Despite this there were no issues with the property. The room was clear tidy and well presented. Had a balcony which was a lovely addition to the room. Well decorated, comfortable and was very clean. Staff were friendly and allowed to leave my bag for free. They sent messages to make sure all was ok both before and during stay. Location was close enough to wall to brandenburg by there are local buses and metro a short walk away. If I ever return to Berlin I would happily stay away.

Enjoyed our short stay. Booked 2 family rooms - which had a double sofa bed and two single beds. Single beds were comfortable, the sofa bed was okay but our teenage son did not find it very comfortable.
In a residential area, quiet overnight but was noise from 8am from a nearby building site and industrial site.
Around 10mins walk to nearest u-bahn station (U2 line). From there, or buses/other lines in the other direction it was easy to get to all the sites and the airport in Berlin.
Staff were friendly and welcoming, hotel was clean. Free tea/coffee downstairs from 1-9pm.
We paid extra for breakfast and thought it was worth it. When we were there there were 2 hot options (first day meatballs and scrambled eggs, next day sausages & scrambled eggs). Range of good fresh bread, fruit salad, meats, cheese, hard boiled eggs, vegetables, fruit salad, yoghurt, mini-cakes and cereal.
